PSYCHOANALTYIC PSYCHOTHERAPY PROGRAM

September 2020 – May 2021

What is the Unconscious?  What does it mean to work more deeply with your patients?  Learn about these ideas and more in the exciting new Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program offered by the Berkshire Psychoanalytic Institute.

The program combines coursework on the theory and practice of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, continuous case conferences, supervision, mentorship and personal therapy or psychoanalysis.  The structure is designed to help clinicians deepen their understanding and enhance their skills in conducting psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

The number of participants in the program will be limited in order to enhance seminar participation. Because of uncertainty regarding risk of infection from COVID-19, all meetings currently are anticipated to be by teleconference for the coming academic year.

Applications are currently being accepted and processed until the class is full on a rolling admissions basis.  Final deadline is August 7.
